Export OneDrive for Business/SharePoint Online data via Office365/Microsoft 365 Admin Portal

Note:

Please use Microsoft Edges and My role in Office 365/Microsoft 365 is Global Administrator. This using my own M365 Developer subscription (mvponduty.onmicrosoft.com)

1. Assign permission from Step 1 to Step 5 from previous article. (Export all pst file via Office365/Microsoft 365 Admin Portal)(Note: The process for exporting data from SharePoint is almost exactly the same as OneDrive, so follow the steps below in that situation as well).
2. Get your Domains Name. Settings > Domains

3. Go to Office 365 Security & Compliance >Search > Content Search

4. Now you at Microsoft 365 compliance > Select + New Search

5. Fill in the Name & Description and Click Next. Turn on the SharePoint sites status(You can choose All or Choose sites)
