Export all pst file via Office365/Microsoft 365 Admin Portal

• Please use Edge browser.
• My role in Office 365/Microsoft 365 is Global Administrator.

Steps:

1. Go to https://protection.office.com/permissions
2. Go to Permissions Blade
3. Select eDiscovery Manager
4. Go to eDiscovery Administrator , select the user that need permissions.

5. Go to Search Blade, Select Content Search.

6. Select + New Search and Fill in the information.

7. Inside select Exchange mailboxes, set to ON

8. Select the items that you had created.

9. Select Actions > Export results and select the configuration as below.

10. Click Export.

11. While waiting, Go to Microsoft Edge, go to edge://flags/#edge-click-once.
